Customized Capacity Crawler Track Undercarriage For Mobile Drilling Machine

This high-performance crawler track undercarriage is constructed from high-strength alloy steel and features sealed track chains. The track shoe is securely fixed to the rail joint with high-strength bolts, while the chain rail joint and rail are precision-fitted with chain rail sleeves using interference fit technology.

Key features include:

• 135mm pitch track with special rubber ring sealing
• Protection against sand, water, and corrosive media infiltration
• Enhanced durability for rock roll operations
• Prevents excessive wear and snake-like track deformation

Crawler tracks are available in two structural types:

• Metal Pin Hinge Type: Simple design with direct dry friction between pin and pin hole, resulting in faster wear and shorter service life.
• Metal Rubber Hinge Type: Available in single-pin or double-pin configurations. Features rubber collars vulcanized on metal pins for reduced noise, longer lifespan, and elimination of direct friction.

Rubber Crawler: Ideal for small light industrial and construction machinery (1-4 tons), particularly in small drilling operations.

Steel Track: Offers broader application range and longer service life. Comprises steel track, shoe wheel, guide wheel, roller, chassis, and traveling reducers for precise movement control.

• Clean machine after each shift to remove debris from tracks
• Inspect and tighten all bolts, replace damaged components
• Check for oil leaks and hose condition
• Monitor and replace filter elements regularly
• Maintain proper hydraulic oil levels
• Clean cooler with special agent every six months
