Drill Pipe Operation Procedure
- Stop propulsion, rotation, and cooling water when reaching drill pipe connection depth
- Operate fast forward/backward handle to return chuck to position
- Reverse gyrator while retreating feed oil cylinder to rotate water braid shaft away
- Clamp drill pipe with gripper and open micro regulating flow valve (right rotation)
- Connect new drill pipe while rotator moves forward; complete connection when threads engage
